July 6,2009 - Our Letter and Company
Me and my group decided to proposed three companies. On our list are the Damosa Land Incorporation, Sta. Ana Multipurpose Cooperative (SAMULCO) and the Six Eleven Global Services. Luckily, one of our proposed company was approved and it is the Sta. Ana Multipurpose Cooperative. And so we directly submit our letter to our instructor to be approved and be signed.
July 8, 2009 - First Company Visit
We, decided to visit our approved company to give our letter to allow us to conduct an interview with their MIS department. We gave our letter to the HR department.
July 11, 2009 - Follow-up Call
One of our group members try to contact our adopted company which is the SAMULCO to ask if we are allowed to conduct an interview.
July 14, 2009 - Second Visit
On our first day of visit we have gathered some data like the background of the company, organizational chart and some information about the company. We are able to interview the IT supervisor of our adopted company. We ask about their hardware components and software used.
