October 2, 2008 Thursday, me and my HRM groupmates went to our adopted company for another visit. After the first consultation with Sir. G, we decided to conduct another visit on NEDA because we need some papers or forms that can help us in making our proposal. We are a little bit "shy" in entering Sir Tep's office but he welcome us with his warm smile and ask what we need. <:-)>
We already had a list of the forms that we needed for the completion of our proposal. With no hesitation, Sir Tep accomodate us and gave us what we needed. He even ask some of his staff for the record or forms. We have gathered more datas for our proposed prototype. We are able to have the personal data form, the attendance, payroll, and etc. And after a few conversation with Sir Tep, me and my groupmates decided to go home and do our individual responsibilities for the success of our paper.

Pfosten 18 ║ ◘◘ Our First Consultation ◘◘

Last September 30, 2008, me and my group were given the chance to have our first consultation for the first draft of our major paper. From the introduction down to our proposal except our objectives are incorrect. Sir told us to use another way of writing a proposal paper because we are no longer in high school. As a whole, Sir gave us 10% for our paper. Well, I guess our group needs to work harder and pay another visit to our adopted company (NEDA XI).

Go group mates! we can make it!

<Hahai..INC?? maybe, because we are not able to follow our gantt chart, but sir must consider us cause his not around for a week that's why we are not able to submit our first draft and have our consultations at the right time. May God bless us all...:-(>

As a whole, all the definitions about Human Resource Management and Personnel Management are true and I agree with it though some of them fails to define the other functions, components, usage and law of an HRM and personnel management. Human resource is then considered as the heart of an organization, without it, the company cannot really stand. I agree that Human resource deals with the people,manage and took good care of the people who are working for a certain company. And the workforce that do all these things are sometimes referred to as personnel management.
